Gabriel and I celebrated our one year anniversary yesterday. It is crazy how time flies! We just wanted to thank you again for the all the amazing food and all the work that went into making our reception so special. We still have guests talking about all the delicious food that you prepared! In fact, last night Gabe and I were wishing for your cooking instead of the meal in front of us!

I heard there were some issues when you arrived but Richard said you were overly accommodating. We couldn't have asked for anything more! Thank you again!

I facilitated a meeting for 14 people at a lodge up in Blue Ridge GA and Cindy, single handedly, took care of not only our meals but all the small details in the lodge we were unsure about or had issues with. The meals she prepared were absolutely wonderful and she even prepared a recipe I brought myself and added to it to make it unforgettable!! I will definitely be heading back to Blue Ridge for my next meeting, not for the Lodge itself but for Cindy's cooking and services as she made the entire experience seamless for me and perfect for my Team!!!

Dear Cindy,
I have arrived back in Hong Kong, yet, wanted to send you a mail to thank you for the kind support you and the team have rendered to my daughter Christina and her husband Andrew at their wedding last Saturday.
I am also very thankful that you assisted me with the added appetizer and food items I brought along and the dessert.
You have been very helpful and supportive which was very kind and much appreciated.
The wedding turned out to be a great success and all guests enjoyed the event as well as the food and beverage service.

Cindy King did such a great job for this event, as usual! She made butter nut squash soup with toasted pumpkin seeds & lightly cinnamon croutons, goat cheese and fig crostini's, pecan crusted mushrooms, chicken satay with spicy peanut sauce, beef tenderloin on either horse radish toasts or goat cheese, roasted vegetable, asparagus, sliced roasted sweet potatoes, Zucchini, squash, and amazing desserts of coconut macaroons, lemon curd tarts & dark chocolate dipped strawberries, with Coffee or Tea! It was fabulous! Best food ever! We are eating some leftover today! Yum! So wish you could have seen how she had the kitchen island set up! With signs for what was served. I'm so sorry I didn't get a picture of it! Everybody raved about the food! Thank you Cindy! You are the best!

The dinner could not have been any nicer. What you prepared and your presentation reflected the elegant, romantic feel we were hoping for.
